Know which deals are in trouble, and why.
Revenue Intelligence is a premium add-on that turns the records already in veli(Q CRM into five pages, each answering one question for one kind of person. Every figure comes from the CRM's own database, read as the signed-in user.
Five pages
One question each.
| Page | For | The question | What is on it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Today | Reps | What should I do today? | Signals, my deals at risk or on watch with reasons, accounts heating up or gone quiet, goals to watch, my task queue. |
| Pipeline | Reps and managers | Which deals are in trouble, and why? | Every open deal with its health score and reasons, a funnel by stage and owner, accounts and buying committee, renewals and unpaid invoices. |
| Forecast | Managers and leaders | Will we hit the number, and what changed? | Target, won, commit and best case, whether the commit is safe, a what-if simulator, target achievement per rep, and how last quarter's call landed. |
| Conversations | Managers and reps | What are customers saying, and how are we handling it? | Call summaries, mood, objections, promises and competitor mentions, rep coaching and team performance. |
| Brief | Leaders | What should leadership know this week? | What changed, why you lose, where you win, handoff delays, and a link to the Boardroom. |
One health score
How a deal is judged.
Every open deal starts at 100 and loses points for each problem found. 70 or more is On track, 40 to 69 is Watch, and below 40 is At risk. The reasons are shown in plain words next to the deal.
| Problem | Points |
|---|---|
| No contact logged in 30 or more days | 40 |
| Nothing ever logged (deal at least 7 days old) | 35 |
| No contact logged in 14 to 29 days | 25 |
| Stuck in the current stage longer than won deals take overall | 20 |
| Close date has passed | 20 |
| Only one contact, or none | 15 |
| Close date pushed out two or more times in 90 days | 15 |
| No follow-up task scheduled | 10 |
| Closing within 14 days with no contact this week | 10 |
| Missing information the stage requires | 5 per field, up to 10 |
| Close date pushed out once in 90 days | 5 |
The points are a starting rule set, not a fitted model. "Contact" means a note, email, call or meeting logged on the deal or on any contact linked to it. Each night the score is stored, and a hit-rate check then compares each past rating with what happened about 30 days later. It says "too few to judge" until at least 20 deals have been judged, so you can see whether the score is earning its place.
Signals, forecast and goals
Numbers you can trace.
A nightly job looks for four kinds of change: a metric outside its normal range, commit value sitting on at-risk deals, a commit deal pushed past the quarter, and a large deal gone quiet. They are found by rules and worded from facts, so no model can invent a number. Dismissing a signal hides it for you only.
Set each deal closing this quarter to as is, closes, slips or lost, and shift the win probability. You see the rep call and the weighted landing, and which deals would take you to target. It runs in your browser, saves nothing and uses no AI credits. It covers the current quarter.
Each goal shows Achieved, On track, At risk, Behind or Too early to tell, with a chance percentage and what it would take. The maths is exact and uses no AI. Ceilings, such as keeping lost deals under a limit, are treated as ceilings.
Add a call transcript and Genie extracts the summary, mood, objections, promises and competitor mentions. Follow-up drafts and call scorecards are copy only and are never sent for you. Rep coaching is private: a rep is visible only to themselves, their manager and admins.
A leadership-only view, enforced on the server, with a morning AI briefing. Actions need a reason, are logged and are time-boxed to 15 minutes.
Honest limits
What it does not do.
| Area | The limit |
|---|---|
| Deal health | It only sees what the CRM records. It has no website visits or outside intent, so a deal that is active elsewhere can look quiet. A workspace with no won deals gets no "stuck in stage" check. |
| Calls | Transcripts are added by hand today. There is no automatic call recording or telephony. |
| Forecast | Deals without a forecast category count as pipeline. Movement needs daily snapshots at least a day old, and coverage needs a quarterly target. |
| Brief | It needs closed deals, loss reasons and campaign tagging to be meaningful. |
| Signals | They go to people inside the app only. Nothing is sent to email or Slack. |
Revenue Intelligence
Revenue Intelligence, answered.
What is Revenue Intelligence?
A premium add-on that packages Genie's revenue analysis into five pages, each answering one question. Today tells a rep what to do now. Pipeline shows which deals are in trouble and why. Forecast shows whether you will hit the number, including a what-if simulator. Conversations analyses calls and rep coaching. Brief tells leadership what changed this week. More about Revenue Intelligence.
How is deal health calculated?
Every open deal gets a score from 100 down, with points removed for each problem found: no contact logged recently, a single contact, a close date that has passed or been pushed out repeatedly, no follow-up task, missing information the stage requires. A score of 70 or more is On track, 40 to 69 is Watch, and below 40 is At risk. The rules are transparent, and a nightly check compares past ratings with what actually happened, so you can see whether the score is earning its place.
Does it record our sales calls?
Not automatically today. You add the transcript, and Genie then summarizes the call and extracts objections, commitments and competitor mentions, and can draft a follow-up or score the call. Drafts are copy only and are never sent for you.
What reporting is included?
Reports and dashboards with live KPI and chart widgets, goals that show how likely each one is to be reached, and a leadership-only Boardroom with the state of the business, an exception brief and board-update data on demand. You can also ask Genie a question in plain English and have it build the chart.
