Quotes and invoicing

Quote and invoice software inside your CRM.

Quotes, invoices and subscriptions are built from the deal record, so the price the customer accepted is the price on the invoice, and the revenue shows up where the team already works.

Features

From quote to payment.

Quotes by link

Send a quote as a link. The customer accepts or declines on the page, and the decision is recorded on the deal.

Invoices

Issue invoices in 12 currencies: USD, GBP, INR, THB, MYR, SGD, HKD, IDR, CNY, VND, KRW and JPY.

Online payment

Customers pay online through Stripe. An admin connects Stripe once in the Integrations page.

Subscriptions and MRR

Track plan, monthly recurring revenue, seats and term for each subscription, with a Renewals board.

Approvals in chat

Quote approvals can happen in the deal room, decided by an admin other than the requester. The check is advisory.

Genie drafts

Genie can draft an invoice for you to review. Invoices always pause for confirmation before they are created.

Limits worth knowingStripe is the only payment method today, and there is no native accounting integration. Quotes do not have e-signature, generated PDFs or versions, and recurring invoices are not created automatically, so check that these fit how you bill.

A deal, billed

How a quote becomes revenue.

  1. Build the quote

Create it from the deal, in the currency your customer pays in.

  2. Send it by link

The customer opens the link and accepts or declines. The decision is recorded on the deal.

  3. Issue the invoice

Create the invoice for the deal. When Genie drafts an invoice, it always pauses for your confirmation.

  4. Collect payment

The customer pays online through Stripe.

  5. Track the subscription

For recurring work, record a subscription with plan, MRR, seats and term.
