Sales features

What a sales CRM needs, and has.

Lead management

Inbound Leads from web forms wait for a rep to review them, and convert to an account and a contact in one step. Contacts carry a lead score from 0 to 100, based on rules.

Sales pipeline

Build your own pipelines and stages, each with a win probability. Move deals through the stages and see the value at each one.

Quotes

Send quotes by link. The customer accepts or declines on the page, and the result lands on the deal.

Invoices and payment

Issue invoices in 12 currencies and let customers pay online through Stripe, which an admin connects.

Subscriptions

Track plan, monthly recurring revenue, seats and contract term. A Renewals board shows On track, At risk, Churning and Renewed.

Meetings

A scheduler with personal booking links, so prospects book time without an email thread.

Forecasting

Know where the quarter will land.

Revenue Intelligence is a paid add-on that scores each open deal for health, flags signals and lets you test what-if scenarios on the quarter. Every figure comes from your own records. See how deal health works.

Data

Bring your records with you.

Import contacts and companies from CSV with automatic header mapping. Duplicate rules can warn or refuse, and a merge tool cleans up what already exists. Custom fields and custom objects hold what is specific to your business.

From lead to renewal

How a deal moves through the CRM.

  1. A lead arrives

A web form creates an Inbound Lead. A rep reviews it and converts it to an account and a contact in one step.

  2. The deal moves

The deal enters your pipeline, and each stage carries a win probability so the pipeline total is weighted.

  3. The quote goes out

Send the quote by link. The customer accepts or declines, and the result is recorded on the deal.

  4. The invoice is paid

Issue the invoice and let the customer pay online through Stripe. The payment appears on the record.

  5. The subscription renews

Track the plan, MRR, seats and term, and use the Renewals board to see what needs attention.

Sales CRM

Sales CRM questions, answered.

What does the sales side of the CRM cover?

Accounts and contacts with lead and health scores, Inbound Leads from web forms, pipelines with win probability, deals, quotes, invoices, subscriptions and a meeting scheduler.

Can I quote and invoice in different currencies?

Yes. Quotes, invoices and subscriptions can be issued in USD, GBP, INR, THB, MYR, SGD, HKD, IDR, CNY, VND, KRW and JPY.

Is there a native accounting integration?

Not today. The integrations are Stripe, Gmail, Outlook and Google Calendar, plus the API, so check that before you rely on a particular accounting tool.

Does it include lead scoring?

Yes. Contacts carry a lead score from 0 to 100, and accounts carry a health score. Both are rules-based, so you can see why a score is what it is.

Can I have more than one sales pipeline?

Yes. Pipelines are configurable, each with its own stages and a win probability per stage.

Does it include sales forecasting?

Revenue Intelligence is a paid add-on that adds a deal-health score, signals and a what-if forecast for the quarter. See how it works.
